Division Vice President Home Health

What does a Division Vice President?

Oversee and lead the development of field talent and client strategies in existing operations of Home Health. Oversee implementation of strategies to build and sustain market share in order to meet Regional financial objectives using Company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

What does your day-to-day look like?

  • Manage healthy P&L - based on Regional and Company objectives
  • Coach and mentor Home Health Division, talent skills and business strategies through performance coaching, termination, sourcing, interviewing, retaining or replacing and training office talent to insure the division goal, standards and administrative procedures are properly communicated
  • Assist with client and field solutions that leaders/office teams cannot resolve; help negotiate pay rates, benefits, agreements, Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and client contracts
  • Act as liaison to other Supplemental Health Care (SHC) Divisions; suggest best practices and resolutions
  • Recommend policies and develop procedures/guidelines for operating SHC branch offices, monitor branch operations to insure compliance with Company policy and procedures
  • Develop strategic plans for expanding and developing the business in existing markets by collaborating with branch offices; implement marketing programs and sales strategies that will achieve SHC's financial objectives
  • Analyze financial data for division to determine if marketing/operational strategies are producing desired results; take appropriate action to modify strategies and/or correct deficiencies so as to achieve expected results
  • Collaborate with Corporate and field resources to establish procedures for handling the billing/payment activities associated with staffing operations in field offices
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities of offices to insure that all required reports are completed in a thorough and timely manner
  • Identify best practices for retention and recruitment of field and office talent
  • Present and promote SHC to new and existing clients
  • Communicate and implement Company vision and initiatives
  • Communicate new strategies and ideas for Management Service Provider fill ration, VMS relationship building and selling Recruitment Process Outsourcing opportunities
  • Create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork
  • Other duties as assigned

What do you need to possess in this role to succeed?

  • Minimum of 6-8 years equivalent experience at a management level required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent discipline preferred
  • Knowledge of staffing industry required
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members
  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computer
  • Must have excellent negotiation skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Must have prior experience and/or basic knowledge of recruiting/sales
  • Must have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet
  • Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required

Salary Range: $120,000 plus (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Bonus Potential
