Description
The Fixed Income Division Structured Credit & Financing Team is looking for a highly motivated Associate or Vice President to join its growing Structured Credit & Financing franchise. The candidate will facilitate the execution of structured financing transactions and have responsibilities including: pre-trade portfolio and risk analysis, guiding transactions through the approval and execution process, and managing deals on a post-execution basis.

The Fixed Income Division is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution. Primary Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of structured financing transactions (including derivatives). Prepare pre-trade portfolio and risk analysis, and opine on structural and economic features.
- Actively establish and maintain client relationships with top-tier institutional counterparties by liaising with clients and collaborating with sales on new opportunities and ideas.
- Act as the product point person for clients, respond to queries and pricing requests, and assist in the growth of a strategic business.
- Preparation and presentation of transaction committee materials, including close collaboration between risk, credit, legal, clients, and the business.
- The ideal candidate has relevant experience with corporate credit and structured lending facilities, and familiarity with ABLs, repurchase agreements, total return swaps, or similar financing structures.
- Experience: 3+ years working in a structured financing, trading, or asset-based-lending role.
- Detail oriented and highly organized; ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including clients, risk functions, legal, and support teams.
- Basic understanding of derivative valuations, risk, and cashflows. Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent.
