Key Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for adherence to USES “Go/No Go” Project Management Protocols, and compliance with “Red Team Review” for Division Projects.
Responsibility for review/input of Division information to Bid Tracker System, Review/Input to Project Bid Development / Bid Estimate for management review, and oversight of project execution.
Review/evaluate planning, organization and staffing key field positions for Project Execution.
Establish/enforce project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies, customer requirements and regulatory compliance.
Initiate and maintain liaison with customer to facilitate project scope activities.
Conduct regular reviews with Project Managers to ensure projects are progressing safely, on schedule and within budget. Investigate potentially serious situations with PM and implement corrective measures.
Represent USES in Client meetings, project meetings and strategy meetings.
Manage financial aspects of the contract to protect the company’s interest.
