Tiello has partnered with a leading Heavy Civil Contractor who is looking for a Division Manager to build a bridge division in West Virginia that focuses on heavy bridge projects valued anywhere from $2MM - $5MM for each project with a total of $30MM in project value in the West Virginia area.
Title: Division Manager (10 years of Bridge Construction Experience)
Project Types: Heavy Highway and Bridge Construction
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion
Must have extensive knowledge in bridge construction.
Oversee a team of engineers and drafters, providing guidance and support
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
Review and approve engineering designs, schematics, and technical documents
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Utilize software such as Revit, ArcGIS, and other engineering tools for project execution
Lead efforts in wastewater treatment projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
Proven experience in project management within the engineering field
Strong technical writing skills for reports, proposals, and documentation
Proficiency in ArcGIS for mapping and analysis
Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
