Job Description

The Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and growth of a specific division within the company. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and ensuring that the division meets its financial and operational goals. The Division Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, enhance productivity, and promote the company's values and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division objectives and company goals.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Develop and manage division budgets, including forecasting, financial planning, and cost control.

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service/product delivery.

Team Leadership And Development

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals to achieve their full potential.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that promotes continuous improvement and innovation.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the division’s market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Represent the division at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Risk Management And Compliance

Ensure the division adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and operational integrity.

Reporting And Analysis

Prepare and present regular reports on division performance, including financial results, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve division performance.

Communicate effectively with senior management and other divisions to align goals and share best practices.
