The Division Finance Manager (DFM) is a proven finance leader possessing strong finance and business acumen with a demonstrated history of supporting successful business teams and leading financial disciplines. The DFM has strong analytical skills and organizational capabilities in order to provide critical guidance in the running of the Division’s business. Residence Location: St. Louis/Chicago or New York/New Jersey.
Role & Responsibilities
The DFM will manage all reporting of spend against program budgets. He or she will assist/recommend in re-allocation of local budgets within division’s customers.
Stay current on rules and regulations in spends and TTB requirements. Checking with Proximo Legal Dept and educating the team in proper procedures at all times.
Aid in reviewing customer proposals and funding needs, evaluate ROI and legal compliance.
Manage and follow strict protocol in processing the team’s invoices and tracking those against budget.
Maximize profitability by supporting Division teams with appropriate analysis/insight regarding market analysis, channel performance, pricing analysis, post-program effectiveness, etc.
Lead financial skills training/education of Division team in order to build financial+ analytical capabilities of Division personnel (ongoing support and coaching).

Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
4 plus years’ relevant experience in the consumer goods industry, spirits experience and/or 3 tier distribution experience preferred.
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with functional work teams
Proficient in Word, Excel, SAP and PowerPoint
Ability to navigate sales reporting systems
Strong interpersonal, influencing, time management and presentation skills required.
