Your Role:

As QSR District Manager, you will manage the company’s branded Pizza locations

attached to convenience stores.

You will utilize your "pizza expertise" to implement strategies, maintain standards, and drive sales and profitability.

Develop, update and execute annual budgets and business plans.

Develop a performance-driven team

Monitor all aspects of the Pizza

operations and compliance; provide direction, coaching and assistance to locations.

Ensure key processes are in place through store visits, staff evaluations, and data analysis.

Ability to demonstrate, and coach in-depth operational knowledge of QSR operations.

Effectively demonstrates the ability to inspire store level teams

toward personal improvement and operational development.

Background Profile:

Proven success in leading multiple pizza QSRs;

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment including an understanding of retail practices & procedures.

Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.

Ability to interact with all levels in an organization.

Solid communication skills (written and verbal).

Solid interpersonal skills.

Intermediate skills in MS Office suite.
