Job Description

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant locations within the Louisville, Kentucky area. Your primary goal will be to ensure each restaurant meets or exceeds performance standards in terms of quality, service, and profitability. You will lead and support restaurant managers, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistency in service and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and profitability.
• Provide leadership and support to restaurant managers, helping them to achieve their goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
• Manage budgetary and financial responsibilities for the district.
• Address and resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support talent development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Ability to travel within the district as needed.
• Experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) is a plus.
