Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a District Manager. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail locations in Wisconsin and Illinois. They will manage store performance, sales targets, inventory management, and customer relationships. The District Manager will also be responsible for training and developing sales reps, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Qualifications
Experience in retail management or district management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze sales and performance data
Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
Ability to work remotely and independently
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in the grocery or CPG industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
