Large Premier QSR franchisee of Dunkin' is seeking a District Manager with 2+ years of relevant district manager/multi-unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 4-6 Coffee Service QSR restaurants.
The ideal candidate will be people and customer focused. They will work with a sense of urgency to serve the customer’s and their people’s needs. Must be able to multi-task, and will possess strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
District Manager is responsible for:
Overall operations of 4-6 restaurants
Coaching and Teaching General Managers how to staff their restaurants.
The P&L performance of each store.
Learning and being able to teach the Company’s Brand Standards
Teaching Sense of Urgency, and the importance of Speed of Service
Creating and managing budgets
All food safety procedures, in accordance with company procedures and health regulations, and understands how to take corrective actions as appropriate
Being highly visible in their stores and understands how to prioritize and schedule their time depending on each store’s needs.
Interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching GMs, Management and their staff as needed.
Coaching and assisting General Managers regarding the cleanliness and organization of their stores.

Requirements:
Ability to work early morning
Min 2 years District Manager experience (QSR concepts).
Proven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer program.
Valid DL in good standing
Flexibility to work any days/shifts as needed
Undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
We are looking for candidates with a STRONG BACKGROUND IN QSR EXPERIENCE.
Candidates must be hands-on Servant Leaders, this is a MUST for the job.
