Role Description
This is a full-time role for a District Manager at GMET Communications, LLC. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple Cricket Wireless retail stores in {location}. The day-to-day tasks include ensuring store operations run smoothly, implementing sales strategies, training and coaching store managers and staff, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work based in {location} but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
Experience in retail management, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and remotely
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
