What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a passionate retail professional to lead and develop teams who build our brand and drive sales. You will bring your experience in multi-unit management to motivate, navigate and be the sounding board for Store Managers, business partners, and sales drivers. As a District Manager you will be responsible for building the retail business strategy and setting direction for the store teams, you will be covering the North-East Florida Coast, from Jacksonville, FL to Stuart, FL.
The daily responsibilities for this role will include P&L monitoring, recording, directing revenue and spending for 9-11 stores within the region. This will require you to be a forward thinker by identifying opportunities for improvement in the store region; designs and implements training, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale. You must maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies. While in the field daily you will be representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.

Who You Are:
- You are an experienced retail multi-unit manager with strong leadership skills.
- You have 5+ years in retail management
- You have the ability to maximize sales and achieve company business objectives within the district.
- You are a big picture thinker with the ability to implement innovative solutions to grow revenue, motivate the team, and provide a best-in-class experience for our guests.
- You have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
- You can manage up and give and receive feedback openly.
- You show a high level of professional maturity and emotional intelligence.
- You have the ability to socialize and lead organizational change; Demonstrate an ability to drive individual and team accountability.
- You can identify and develop top talent and coach underperformers.
- You have a strong understanding of sales, marketing and supply chain management.
