Distributor Account Manager (Cabinet Manufacturing)

Leedo Manufacturing Company is a leading cabinet manufacturing company founded in 1971. With a commitment to meeting the needs of large-scale production builders, Leedo produces over 600,000 cabinets and accessories annually. The company has two factories located west of Houston, Texas, where they manufacture traditional face-frame cabinets, European-style frameless cabinets, and laminate countertops for the multifamily industry. Leedo is dedicated to customer success and continuously improving their business processes.

Role Description

Our organization is in need of two full-time field Distributor Account Managers to support the Midwest or the Northeast region (US). The Distributor Account Managers will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with distributors, overseeing sales activities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues or concerns raised by distributors, and providing exceptional customer service. This position will focus on generating new business for Leedo Manufacturing.

Education and/or Experience  

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience selling to distributors serving multifamily and high-volume single-family end users.
• Preferred experience and knowledge of high-volume stock cabinetry sales.
• Experience in securing opportunities to quote on customer requirements, following- up on quotations submitted to customers, and excellent closing skills.
• Outstanding references regarding your character, competence, and ability to communicate effectively.
• Detail oriented.
• Bidding experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Overnight travel required

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience in the construction or homebuilding industry, knowledge of cabinet design and manufacturing processes, familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, and a proactive and results-driven mindset.
