Distribution & Warehouse Tech I

Location: Northridge, CA

6-month assignment (potential to extend or convert)

Pay Rate: $20-23/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Handle material handling tasks to meet internal customer needs, coordinating with production schedules.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet handling tools.
  • Manage hazardous waste handling in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Execute shipping and receiving operations following established procedures.
  • Collaborate with teams for accurate data handling and inventory management.
  • Perform ERP transactions for material movements and inventory control.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of forklift operation experience; certification within 30 days.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning technology.
  • Box truck operation experience.
