Distribution Coordinator, 2nd Shift

As a Distribution Coordinator, 2nd Shift, you will perform a variety of support responsibilities in the Warehouse Shipping Office to ensure delivery of finished product to customers in compliance with the requirements defined in the delivery orders and production schedules. You will be in an office environment, working onsite in Cleveland, OH. You will report to the Warehouse Manager.

*The shift is Sunday through Thursday from 4pm to 12:30am.*

Main Responsibilities

• Print pick tickets, packing slips, address labels, and any other pertinent shipping information in an organized fashion
• Process BOL’s for internal/external shipments for domestic and international orders
• Communicate with Customers, Site Reps, Customer Planning Teams, Production, QC and Transportation via email and over the phone
• Support Warehouse Operators by troubleshooting any inventory or shipping/receiving related issues
• Review daily backorder reports and work with production, QC, and customer planning teams to ensure timely arrival of finished goods
• Participate in monthly Safety meetings and support key EHS initiatives
• Initiate computer generated address labels for shipments
• Handle advanced shipping notice transactions to customers
• Contact carriers to schedule shipments and provide carriers with necessary pickup and delivery information
• Distribute and oversee work flow and communication to other departments
• Generate labels for production batches
• Complete batch certifications in a timely manner
• Maintain 5S in work areas
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired
• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations or supply chain
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Oracle is beneficial
• Must be able to input data accurately, be detail-oriented, and possess organizational skills.
• Flexibility with schedule to support other shifts as needed. Overtime work may occur.
