Description
The Dispute Resolution Analyst for TBC Corporate Services will be responsible for actively working and resolving customer-initiated invoice disputes with a variety a reasons; including: freight, pricing, product return, warranty repair, tax and unearned discounts.
This role will be a Hybrid work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing and standardizing written policy as well as electronic reporting as it pertains to customer-initiated invoice disputes
Coordinate resolution with external customer(s) and various internal department to the like of Credit, Sales, Customer Service, and Transportation
Research and resolve customer disputes to facilitate payment or issuance of credit to customer invoice
Perform research in SAP to identify issues with customer billings by creating queries to obtain detailed information for solving the discrepancies
Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity
Negotiate proper documentation in an effort to facilitate timely payments
Resolve collection issues with customers with difficult or highly sensitive problems by reconciling their AR account
Assist in the review/release of credit holds when necessary
Support TBC Code of Business Conduct
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree or some college preferred
A minimum 5 years’ experience in Credit and Collections (B2B)
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of SAP experience is required
Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel is required
Proficient in the reconciliation of Accounts Receivable accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
Strong problem solving and customer service skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual language skills in Spanish/English are a plus
