The ideal candidate will have 3+ years as a dispatch lead and be familiar with Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical services. The role of this position is to direct, control and monitor the activities of the company’s service technicians while maximizing opportunities and having a “flexible” mentality.

Job Responsibilities of Dispatch Supervisor:

• Supervising dispatchers in all aspects of their jobs, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
• Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuing proficient, quality customer experiences.
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.
• Follow up on leads and unsold work from our technicians.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Developed a proven track record in customer service.

Job Requirements for our next Dispatch Supervisor

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related industry dispatch and coordination.
• Residential Home Services experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Geographical knowledge of service area and/or map reading skills.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ability to build trust, defuse conflict and hold others accountable.
• Proficient computer knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
• Excellent ability to multi-task
• Musthave a strong personality and be able to work well with others
