SAGE Dining Services is seeking an experienced full-time dishwsher with a great attitude to join our awesome team at a beautiful private school in the Dadeland area of South Miami. We are seeking a reliable, motivated person who can adapt to change quickly! We make most of our menus from scratch and our teams take pride in our menus, so everyone in the community we serve expresses their appreciation for what we do from the dishwashers to the lead cooks! What You'll Do
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
Rotate products in inventory.
Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
What You'll Need
Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
