What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in driving sales activities for Principal Funds Distribution across Houston, TX, and Louisiana. Your primary focus will be nurturing advisor relationships, collaborating closely with internal wholesalers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing sales plans to enhance market share growth.
Providing insights on marketing strategies, product development, and communication efforts.
Upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Who You Are
We're seeking candidates with:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in sales roles.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 certifications (required within 45 days).
Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
Proven track record in consultative sales and advisor management.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Additional Qualifications
Motivational skills and ability to work with autonomy.
Flexibility for travel, including overnight stays.
Advanced designations such as CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, or CAIA® preferred.
