The Director/Vice President of Partnerships will be a key leader at the company, leading relationships with our social platform partners as well as our DEI and innovation partners. As part of Influential's Growth team, the VP of Partnerships must be a strategic thinker, self-motivated and action oriented. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who lives and breathes social and understands the impact influencer marketing has for brands. This position will be critical to our company continuing to be the leader in influencer marketing and requires impeccable interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate multiple work-streams and deliverables.

  • Platform Partners
  • Liaison with all major social platforms (YouTube, Meta, Snap, TikTok) serving as lead for Influential
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, inclusive of content best practices, measurement and reporting capabilities
  • Support Sales, Client Management, Creative and Creator teams in understanding platform differentiation and opportunities for clients
  • Lead regular communications with all platforms (weekly/biweekly/monthly)
  • Secure alpha/beta opportunities for Influential and clients
  • Forge new client relationships through partners resulting in increased revenue opportunities for Influential
  • Build test and learn strategies in partnership with platforms and internal paid media team
  • Create trainings with platform partners for Influential teams, ensuring company is up to date with all latest platform capabilities
  • Strategic Partners
    • Support the Head of Ethical Media and SVP, Innovation in identifying, negotiating and operationalizing strategic partnerships for Influential
    • Identify partners that align with Influential's unique value proposition in the market and are focused on diversity, equity and inclusion as well as technology and innovation partners
    • Negotiate and build legal agreements as needed with key strategic partners
    • Work with internal teams to operationalize partners, creating a seamless process from sale to activation
    • Marketing Partners
      • Collaborate with the SVP, Sales and Marketing on amplifying marketing partnerships to raise Influential's profile in the market
      • Identify opportunities with key brand and marketing partnerships that support sales and growth
      • Support marketing partner event extensions to connect with brands and clients IRL
    The Director/VP, Partnerships role is a dual reporting role with alignment to both the Head of Ethical Media and SVP, Innovation Growth.

    Salary range:

    $150,000 - $230,000

    Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
