The Director of Unified Platform Migrations will be responsible for leading a team of Migration Advisors whose primary goal is to migrate customers from legacy user management to RealPage’s Unified Platform. Ideal candidates will have experience working with RealPage applications and service teams. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, Marketing, and Product Support) to create and exploit opportunities to engage existing customers to facilitate their adoption of the Unified Platform.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead, coach, develop, and train a remote team of 8 migration advisors who perform user/company migrations to Unified Platform.
Liaise with RealPage cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization (Implementations, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, etc.) to collaborate on migration priorities, customers, product enhancement opportunities, and processes.
Serve as subject matter expert for RealPage’s Unified Platform configuration.
Serve as subject matter expert on Unified Data Management application, including automated provisioning and orders/licensing, as well as customer and property records.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations related to Unified Platform Migrations.
Responsible for driving a portfolio of migration projects, including prioritization, communication plans, capacity modeling, and reporting.
Work closely with product owners, engineers, and team members to identify methods to help improve migration efficiency.
Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures and training materials.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or defects.
Analyze, create, and/or maintain reports for key metrics for the team by synthesizing data from disparate systems (Salesforce, Power BI, Unified Data Management).

Detailed knowledge of the Multifamily Apartment Industry, its verticals, and core business operations.
