The Director, Technology Alliances is responsible for leading a technical team dedicated to establishing and growing our strategic technology partnerships consisting of SIs, ISVs, and VAR partners critical to Tungsten Automation revenue growth. This role will formulate a technology alliance strategy, establish relationships with key partners to support that strategy, drive the creation of joint solutions, and lead the GTM activities necessary to achieve joint market success. This leader will collaborate effectively with our Product Strategy, Sales, and Product teams to help create a vibrant ecosystem of trusted solutions that extends the value proposition around the Tungsten Automation products. As the Director Technology Alliances, he or she leads the evolution and redevelopment of a new Technology Community, providing a solid foundation for our partners to learn, build, and grow their businesses with the Tungsten Automation Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Evangelize the Tungsten Automation Partner Ecosystem and launch new partnerships that will seed and grow ACV/TCV
Manage and mentor a team of technical and business development professionals
Set clear goals, provide guidance on prioritization, and foster a collaborative and results driven culture with direct reports
Be at the forefront of building and launching a new modern Partner program that helps accelerate our partner ecosystem consisting of Resellers, ISVs, MSPs and System Integrators
Build and maintain relationships within prospective and existing strategic and technology partners to drive revenue through various GTM channels
Recruitment and co-development of high-value partner solutions that fill whitespace and drive meaningful ACV and Influenced revenue
Partner and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as, Products, Sales, Marketing, and Services teams, to stay aligned on the overall vision and strategy.
Develop GTM plans and materials for high-value partner solutions and expertise
Drive internal cross-functional GTM alignment of partner solutions and domain expertise
Engage with customers, partners, along with product ambassadors from across Tungsten Automation to prioritize the future of our industry
Required Skills
Applicable technology experience with Tungsten Automation TotalAgility and AP Essentials products
Experience building technology partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce or AWS
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in product development
Minimum 10+ years of experience in high-tech industry (preferably enterprise software) in the following role: Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Corporate Development, Partner Engineering, or equivalent
Passion and commitment for partner growth and success
Strong technical and solution-creation aptitude
Experience in messaging and positioning product and partnership value to internal and external audiences
Enterprise architecture experience, or software project implementation comprehension
Ability to communicate your ideas to a wide variety of key stakeholders
Displays ample business acumen and effective communication skills at the executive level
Comfortable in high-pressure environment
Ability to travel as needed

The base salary range for this role, across the US is $170,000 - $205,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
