As the Director of Supply Chain Data Engineering, you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the infrastructure of a leading health organization's supply chain data. This includes overseeing data ingestion, transformation, and organization to streamline procurement operations. Your responsibilities will also encompass maintaining the back-end data operations of the Procure To Pay tool, ensuring seamless service delivery without data-related disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
Foster collaboration and uphold a service excellence mindset, embodying our organizational values in daily operations.
Build strong relationships with Care Delivery Organizations, enterprise teams, subject matter experts, and suppliers to drive optimal outcomes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, offering guidance for documentation best practices.
Approach new projects with a consultative approach, leveraging your expertise to craft effective solutions.
Ensure operational efficiency by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support procurement operations.
Oversee offshore development, providing strategic guidance to enhance data operations and accelerate progress.
Integrate data from various sources including Procure to Pay systems, inventory management systems, and external datasets into a centralized data environment.
Collaborate closely with BI Developers to define requirements and execute transformations for dashboards and reports.
Continuously evaluate data infrastructure and processes for optimization opportunities and scalability enhancements.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in SQL and ETL processing.
Proficiency in coding languages for web-based or on-premise data access.
Strong background in cloud databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure.
Experience managing development teams, either onshore or offshore.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, or AI applications.
Previous exposure to Procure to Pay or ERP systems like Coupa, PremierConnect, Oracle Netsuite/Fusion/iProcure, SAGE, etc.
