We are seeking an analytical and goal-oriented Director Supply Chain to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of supply chain, purchasing, and procurement activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to grow the supplier database
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize value
• Oversee logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting
• Implement process improvements and technological processes to enhance efficiency in line with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals
• Manage and mentor the supply chain and purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide
• Submit weekly reports to upper management
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in global supply chain management and international trade regulations
• Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., Mysis, SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems (e.g. Sage)
• Proven track record of improving supply chain processes
• Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Certifications in supply chain management preferred
