Director Strategy Operations

Job Description:

Tumble is a DTC brand that's revolutionizing the home furnishings industry with our curated assortment of washable and spillproof rugs. Since our launch in 2021, we quickly passed 8 figures in annualized revenue and are marching towards 9 figures. To help support our growth, we're looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations. This is a rare opportunity to get in at the early stages (our 10^th company hire!) and work directly with the founders to shape the trajectory of the company.

This role requires someone who has a strong operational background as they’ll help run our supply chain, logistics, and warehousing departments. This role has the potential to evolve into the COO position, and we're looking for someone who is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and ready to work hard and grow with the company.

Qualifications:

●      College degree with 7-10+ years of relevant work experience

●      Ideally has a consulting background or operational experience

●      Analytical is a major plus

●      Self-starter / high agency individual

●      Additional attributes: hard working, ability to multitask, curious, results-oriented, has a bias for action, entrepreneurial, independent thinker, can handle stressful environments

Responsibilities:

●      This hire will own all aspects of Tumble’s operations such inbound & outbound logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management in addition to touching many other aspects of the business.

●      Work directly with our co-CEO in order to professionalize the operation, manage outside vendors, and build a world-class team
