About the role:


  • You are a Strategic Alliances expert, with Contract Management experience, who can ensure positive and meaningful experiences for Sirion’s strategic Partners and the success of Sirion’s rapidly expanding partner list.
  • You will play a critical role in helping Partners achieve their goals by leveraging Sirion technology and use your strong stakeholder management experience to work collaboratively with them and ultimately drive net new customer acquisition and profitability through the success of our partnerships.
  • You are a self-starter with strong relationship management, strategy, operations and project management skills, who is willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • You have experience building and maintaining successful stakeholder relationships.
  • This position interfaces directly with both external Partners (Technology & Consultants) and internal teams and will be focused on enabling ongoing maturation and deployment of best practices within the partner facing ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Partner Activation Process and ensure smooth handoff of new Partner deals from the Strategic Partner team
  • Ensure the success of Sirion partnerships by developing, communicating and driving clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with Partners
  • Work with Partners to define parameters of success and roadmap of how to get there by equipping them with the resources they need to achieve their business goals
  • Refine Sirion positioning with Partners and ongoing value propositions
  • Own the enablement of Partner programs
  • Optimize process, governance, and performance for all Partner programs
  • Simplify our Partners' end-to-end enablement program engagement by delivering a strategy that motivates, leads and drives our field and Partner ecosystem, accelerates their business with Sirion, and ultimately unleashes Partner productivity and profitability
  • Serve as the single source of truth for Partner performance
  • Develop strategies to optimize Partner engagement, increase Partner satisfaction and accelerate the intended business outcome
  • Build a mechanism to exchange pipelines with Partners (with the ability to track prospects in a shared file)
  • Eventually hire team of Partner Managers to scale partnership enablement program


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of strategy and/or operations experience
  • Experience in building and maintaining Partner ecosystem
  • Experience working for/with Consultants and Systems Integrators
  • Understand the Digital Transformation ecosystem within Legal or Procurement
  • Understand contract life cycle management, contract management, legal transformation
  • Communications skills: ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization, promote ideas and proposals persuasively. Ability to manage controversial situations including senior level leaders and external groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries.
  • Experience in supporting Partner organizations, processes and strategy
  • The ability to operate effectively in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment; be able to manage multiple stakeholders and groups simultaneously
