Director / Sr. Director Product (CPG)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Director/Director of Product Management to lead our efforts in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) vertical. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of sales organizations within the CPG industry, a robust technical background, and expertise in revenue growth management and trade promotion management. This role is critical to the success of JazzX's mission in transforming the CPG industry through innovative AI solutions.

In this leadership role, you'll:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for JazzX's AI solutions in the CPG vertical.
  • Market Insight: Leverage deep industry knowledge to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the CPG sector.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop and launch cutting-edge AI products tailored for the CPG industry.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with market needs and to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Revenue Growth Management: Utilize expertise in revenue growth management to develop strategies that enhance product profitability and market penetration.
  • Trade Promotion Management: Apply knowledge of trade promotion management to optimize product features that support effective trade marketing strategies for CPG companies.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.

Who You Are

  • Industry Experience: 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on the CPG industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and guide complex AI product development processes.
  • Sales Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sales organizations and processes within the CPG sector.
  • Revenue Growth Management: Proven experience in developing and executing revenue growth strategies.
  • Trade Promotion Management: Expertise in trade promotion management, including familiarity with tools and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
