Immaculate Flight is embarking on an exciting journey, seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to pioneer our new Director of Private Aviation Services and Fulfillment role. This pivotal position will drive the establishment and growth of our new services division, shaping the future of our organization.
As the Director, you'll be the architect of success, crafting a roadmap for operational excellence and overseeing the daily logistics and management of service centers. Your responsibilities will span from building a robust team and fostering a culture of excellence to spearheading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount.

As the Director, you'll be the architect of success, crafting a roadmap for operational excellence and overseeing the daily logistics and management of service centers. Your responsibilities will span from building a robust team and fostering a culture of excellence to spearheading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout of our services division, ensuring sustained success across all locations year over year
- Cultivate a strong team and develop a leadership pipeline, nurturing talent within each functional area
- Maintain open communication with customers and participate in necessary meetings to ensure their needs are met
- Exercise fiscal responsibility by managing budgets for safety, productivity, quality, and staffing at service centers
- Act as a liaison between location leaders and corporate, identifying key priorities for divisional success
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and uphold company-wide initiatives on safety, quality, cost, and training
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements and facilitate seamless communication across departments.
- Meet or exceed performance objectives for the division on a monthly basis
- You bring 6-9+ years of experience in managing fulfillment activities, with a track record of success in high- growth environments
- Your entrepreneurial spirit is evident through your vision, passion, and tenacity to challenge the status quo
- You thrive in energizing environments, where change is constant, and innovation is encouraged
- Complex project management is your forte, and you excel in turning high-level goals into actionable plans
- Building diverse teams across multiple geographies is second nature to you
- Data is your compass, and you leverage it effectively in decision-making and day-to-day operations
- You're versatile, results-driven, and obsessed with delivering unparalleled customer experiences
- 6-9+ years of management experience in fulfillment operations, preferably in aviation or warehouse logistics
- Proficiency in inventory control management, with experience in building/improving warehouse management or inventory tracking systems being a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or Business Operations preferred
- Proven experience leading multi-location operations teams
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and inventory management best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results effectively
- Collaborative, results-oriented mindset with a focus on metrics and performance
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%
- The first of the month following 30 days of employment, all full time employees will be eligible for a benefits package that will include Health, Dental, and Vision care
- All full time employees receive $25,000 in Life Insurance on day one at no cost
- All full time employees are offered short and long term disability insurance at no cost
- Paid Time Off (PTO) will begin accruing at hire and can be used starting the first day of hire
