Director, SC Operations -- Remote | WFH

What You'll Do

As our Remote Director of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve operational goals.

Implementing and refining operational processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Monitoring and maintaining safety standards and compliance with company policies.

Providing strategic direction to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Collaborating with departmental managers to achieve site objectives effectively and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

7+ years of management experience in supply chain or distribution environments.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.

Flexible availability, including occasional overtime and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience in Third-party Logistics (3PL) is a plus.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Ability to travel occasionally, up to 75% of the time.
