Director Revenue Growth Management RGM


CPG & Associates has been engaged by a $17B Consumer Package Goods manufacturer that seeks a Director of RGM - Revenue Growth Management.


The ideal candidate MUST HAVE current experience working in the Consumer Package Goods industry with a CPG manufacturer.


Other Requirements:

  • Sales Finance / Marketing Finance / Customer Team Finance / IT / Supply / Operations
  • Revenue Growth Management within "classic" CPG + leadership level
  • Seat at Exec Leadership table


Compensation:

Base: $200-300k

Bonus: 30%+LTI
