What You Will Do

Working effectively with other team members throughout the organization, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by selling Clearspeed’s products and solutions to prospects and clients. You will identify and work targeted accounts through the entire buyer’s journey.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business prospects.
  • Develop business within assigned accounts using direct prospecting, relationships, referrals, as well as leads developed through our marketing efforts.
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate key relationships to ensure the success of Clearspeed within the market.
  • Effectively work with prospects to understand their business requirements and clearly articulate Clearspeed’s value propositions.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across all accounts and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Passionately support our commitment to creating an outstanding experience for our prospects and clients.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process including new business development, client research, objection handling, sales pitch, pricing, closing, and follow-up.
  • Create proposals and negotiate contract terms while maintaining all necessary contract documentation.
  • Master our value proposition today and as the competitive landscape evolves.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Clearspeed’s products and services to support prospect and client needs.
  • Maintain awareness of Clearspeed's sales engagement strategy and ensure efforts are well coordinated and synchronized with strategy.
  • Meet quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Drive event attendance for webinars, trade shows, conferences, executive dinners and other events.
  • Record all communication with each lead, contact, opportunity, and account in Salesforce.com.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of enterprise software/solution sales experience or experience working in the insurance space.
  • Extensive experience working within the P&C or L&H insurance spaces.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Prior experience working with senior levels, Directors and C-Suite Executives in the insurance space.

Salary

Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.

Salary range: $95,403 - $224,205 per year DOE
