DIRECTOR REGIONAL OPERATIONS

The Regional Director of Operations for Faculty Practice Group serves as a strategic partner for practice management, business development, practice acquisitions, organizational goal attainment, and efficient patient centric operational workflows. The Regional Director of Operations builds sustainable and strategic relationships across the Faculty Practice Group departments with member entities, partner institutions, and physician networks. This position will ensure the highest patient care standards are achieved, optimizes productivity, and aligns practices with Faculty Practice Group and Montefiore Health System goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring MMC and FPG Administration goals and initiatives are aligned with the department and department leadership's goals and balancing the needs of all key stakeholders
• Partners across FPG and MMC to lead task forces and committees aimed at addressing specific issues or reaching strategic objectives
• Provides guidance on business plans, budgets, acquisitions, staffing ratios, and data evaluations
• Oversees a high-quality and safe patient experience, delivers superior support for medical providers, and drives productive and profitable medical practice operations
• Promotes a team integrated approach to new and existing ambulatory practices across the FPG, through meaningful partnerships with HR, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Operations and Physician leadership
• Creates systems for oversight of all major operations including, IT and maintenance issues, patient flow and experience, scheduling and auditing patient files
• Routinely identifies opportunities for revenue enhancement, clinical expansion, and market share growth
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health care, Business Administration, Operations Management or related clinical field required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Ten years of health care administrative management experience preferred
• Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Practice Administrator, Office Manager, Operations Manager or a similar role in the healthcare setting highly preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Epic preferred
• Excellent communication skills
