About The Role
The Director of Property Management plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for tenants, from property acquisition to disposition. This role requires a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated professional to cultivate strong team and customer relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and identify revenue opportunities for portfolio growth.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to create a collaborative and high-performing property management team, ultimately delivering exceptional customer journeys.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop expertise in the company's culture, policies, products, and benefits to differentiate the company from competitors.
Lead and enhance the property management foundation through processes, platforms, and innovation.
Strengthen customer relationships, provide solutions, and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
Address service delivery issues promptly and proactively.
Collect and communicate customer feedback, sharing best practices to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage time efficiently to focus on customer service, tenant retention, and portfolio growth.
Work with PR/marketing to promote positive customer feedback.
Develop strategies to address negative customer reviews effectively.
Generate reports on customer satisfaction and SLAs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of property management experience in a managerial or directorial role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident, self-motivated team player.
General leasing and property management knowledge.
Proficiency in various software/tools including MS Excel, MS Word, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
Understanding of landlord-tenant regulations and related laws.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
