This new position plays a key role in leading and developing the PMO, ensuring adherence to rigorous project management standards and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Develop and implement a comprehensive PMO capability, including processes, templates, and reporting to enhance project management execution and maturity.
Oversee a team of 14+ direct reports, fostering leadership and development opportunities to elevate their skills and capabilities.
Partner with executives and other leaders to drive process improvements and the adoption of PMO best practices across the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience building and leading PMOs, in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for driving organizational change.

What you will do:
Craft and uphold project management methodologies, standards, and tools across the organization, ensuring consistency and excellence in project delivery.
Direct and evolve the PMO’s shared services model, providing top-tier project management resources, including project managers and analysts, to various business units.
Lead, mentor, and expand the PMO team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and strategic project execution.
Strategically allocate resources and prioritize projects, aligning with the organization’s strategic goals and maximizing organizational value.
Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and proactive management of potential issues.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and alignment on project goals and strategies.
Champion project management best practices and continuous improvement, enhancing the project management capability across the organization.
Facilitate post-project evaluations, integrating lessons learned into future project planning and PMO practices
Take an active talent management approach to onboard, mentor and inspire a diverse, highly engaged, and skilled team. Continually upgrade talent through timely talent management, development, succession planning and recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in project management within a leadership role, ideally within a PMO as a Director or similar.
