Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. Currently, ManTech’s Financial Management (FM) Practice is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Director of Program Delivery to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will focus on challenges associated with service delivery on existing and new enterprise FM transformation and application modernization programs across our company. The candidate will bring extensive program management, customer intimacy, and leadership experience to provide recommendations, solutions, and mentorship to program managers and program management office staff.

The challenges that will be addressed by the candidate will include, but not be limited to; working with program managers to establish and implement program plans to meet customer objectives, deliver outcomes and realize quantified Return on Investment (ROI) for our customers. Specifically, this includes working on staffing plans, increasing/improving mission knowledge and customer relationships, assessing current deliverables and determining if they can be improved to exceed customer expectations from a cost, schedule, and performance perspective, and reviewing and quickly working with the team to resolve all customer concerns. The highest priority programs include all programs in transition, new awards that have not achieved full staffing, existing programs that are not projected to meet customer expectations or attain ManTech Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals, and programs that require additional program management support.

This role will be responsible for the productization of our services offerings, by maximizing repeatability for similar projects/engagements to increase efficiencies and reduce costs. This role will also work to implement the ManTech Service Delivery Model, which includes coordinating Program Execution Reviews (PER), Delivery Excellence Evaluations (DEE), Voice of the Customer reviews (VOTC) and other delivery model elements. Ultimately, the objectives of this role are to assist program managers in successfully executing contracts, meet customer expectations, identify risks associated with contract execution, respond to and address delivery issues as identified in Correct Action Reports (CAR), Letters of Concern (LOC) and Cure Notices. This is a cross company role, meaning the successful candidate will work with Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian programs. The role also includes working with classified and Special Access Programs (SAP) to support ManTech service delivery and achieve on-contract growth in these unique environments. This role reports directly to the Financial Management (FM) Practice Director..

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Direct interaction with customers, program managers, program management offices, and Division, Sector, and corporate leadership to improve ManTech service delivery.
  • Identify, articulate, and execute program improvement initiatives related to cost, schedule, and performance. Focused attention for on-contract growth, direct labor enhancement, and establishing ManTech as trusted advisors.
  • Identify program risks and work with program managers to limit adverse actions taken by government customers.
  • Engage with Program Managers to recommend improvements to their programs – mentor the Program Managers and program management office staff. Work to support a cadre of Defense Sector program managers proficient in executing the ManTech service delivery model and successfully executing a variety of program types and customer markets.
  • Contribute to the positive and collaborative culture of the team and company

Basic Qualifications:

  • Lead programs and/or profit and loss (P&L) center(s) greater than $50M annually
  • Lead programs and/or technology organizations greater than 200 employees
  • Demonstrated leadership and communications skills needed to effectively interact with all levels of program managers and company leadership to include Division Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Sector General Managers
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaborate with program managers, sector leaders, and program operations leaders.
  • 10+ years of experience in working closely with Federal CFO customers on FM transformation programs, including successful enterprise transformation engagements with quantified customer outcomes/ROI and legacy system shutdowns

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Product Management as applied to services offerings
  • 10+ years of experience delivering solutions based on Core Financials/ERP, Corporate Performance Management (CPM), and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) platforms such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion/EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, IBM TM1, SAP BPC, or Board International

Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required. Ability to obtain SAP access preferred.

The projected compensation range for this position is $157,900-$263,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
