We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Director, Product Marketing & Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, enhancing client retention, and fostering revenue growth through innovative product strategies and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop tailored product positioning, pitch, and demo strategies to accelerate new sales across various client segments.
Refine pricing and packaging strategies for both core and add-on products to maximize value for our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure successful rollouts of new features and functionalities.
Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, including defining pricing and revenue targets, and establishing efficient contracting and implementation processes.
Drive upsell campaigns in partnership with Sales by identifying target lists, designing compelling pitches, and enabling customer-facing teams for success.
Evaluate and cultivate strategic partnerships that complement our product suite, negotiating favorable terms, and driving incremental revenue.
Work closely with Customer Experience to develop client-facing playbooks aimed at optimizing product usage for key client segments.
Conduct regular competitive analysis to refine our market positioning and product unique selling propositions (USPs).

Disclosure
The estimated compensation range for this position is $155,000 to $175,000, inclusive of bonus and benefits. Our compensation philosophy is designed to be competitive within our industry and size, and is part of a comprehensive rewards package that we offer to our employees.
Salary decisions are based on various factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. We remain open to a diverse range of profiles and recognize that the selected candidate may fall within a different experience level, in which case, the salary range will be adjusted accordingly.
