Position Overview
As the Director of Pharmacy Value Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing pharmaceutical products and services across our network. Your work will directly impact cost efficiencies and enhance service quality for healthcare delivery organizations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic partnerships between healthcare delivery organizations and key stakeholders to deliver significant savings and superior service.
Utilize best practices in value analysis and non-acute supply chain solutions to optimize procurement processes.
Act as a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical procurement, collaborating closely with clinical, operational, and supply chain teams.
Drive initiatives to consolidate suppliers and standardize formularies, improving cost-effectiveness and quality.
Provide expertise on supply shortages and recommend alternative products to ensure continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
Minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical supply chain functions, managing budgets exceeding $10M annually.
Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical RFPs and contract negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in vendor management and supply chain technologies.
Ability to interpret data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
