We are seeking a Director, Operations to lead project management and operational infrastructure initiatives for some of the biggest brands in influencer marketing. As a core member of the Business Operations team, you will partner closely with Client Solutions, Campaign Management, Sales, and other Operational teams to set projects up for success. The Director, Operations develops and leads forward looking plans to drive growth and support business scale. They have a strong project management background, are data driven, possess the ability to think critically, and are solution oriented. This role evaluates and advises on the impact of long term planning, and introduction of new programs and strategies. They provide thoughtful operational advice on potential risks and issues, proposes practical, responsive solutions, and drives recommendations through to implementation and results.

On a typical day, you will:



  • Project manage strategic business-wide initiatives including directing operational activities, resource management, and workflow development.
  • Orchestrates the rollout of our new project management platform, Monday.com, including template development, integrations and daily maintenance.
  • Utilizes quantitative data and intuitive observation to drive business decisions and demonstrate measurable added value to the organization.
  • Work cross-functionally across teams to surface key insights and learnings that can help elevate the business overall, scaling our business processes for future growth.
  • Monitor project health; identify risks, resolve open issues, and audit project data on a regular basis.
  • Communicate frequently with internal teams to track project status ensuring adjustments are made as necessary.
  • Implement, evangelize, and enforce operational workflows; building new and evolving processes to improve outcomes and support scale.
  • Manage reporting; create and manipulate data, analyzing critical business metrics to help the organization manage performance.
  • Lead and assist with special projects as necessary.

Being an Director, Operations requires:

  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in business operations, resource management, and/or project management within a creative agency or marketing organization.
  • Expert skills within Salesforce and Monday.com, Cloud Coach experience a plus.
  • Strong reporting experience with demonstrated proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to prioritize competing business needs, manage deadlines, and proactively manage business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable escalating or following up with stakeholders when requests get roadblocked.
  • Excitement for building processes to accommodate new products and challenges, leveraging strong data skills to share insights and make actionable recommendations.
  • A keen attention to detail with inherent motivation toward continuous improvement.

Bonus points if:



  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You have experience with Cloud Coach.
  • You are a certified project manager.
  • You have experience working at a startup.
  • You're passionate about social media and influencer marketing.

Salary range:

$120,000 - $145,000

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
