We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our treasury operations team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is critical to ensuring efficient back-office operations and accurate financial data management.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.
Utilize FIS Horizon for effective treasury management; proficiency in this tool is essential.
Work closely with sales teams to facilitate accurate data input and reporting.
Train team members on data entry processes and best practices.
Report directly to the Senior Vice President on operational performance.
Desired Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Treasury Management or Deposit Operations.
Expertise in FIS Horizon; familiarity with similar tools preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data accurately.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
