What You’ll Do

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Treasury to play a crucial role in managing our Treasury and Funding functions. You will be responsible for managing the multicurrency debt facility, operational & funding cash flow forecasting, transactional banking, and foreign exchange risk management. 

This role requires a seasoned professional with a background in Treasury and Securitisation, and the ideal candidate should be well versed in the payments industry and be comfortable analyzing large datasets. You will report to the CFO and manage a Treasury Analyst, and will work closely with Financial Control and FP&A, Product, and Sales/Customer Success teams.


  • Manage the multi-currency debt facility including forward looking covenant analysis, asset recycling, lender reporting, and the loan management system
  • Ownership of the global merchant funding program
  • Global cash management & forecasting including identifying & processing FX requirements and seeking out opportunities for interest income optimization
  • Transactional banking ownership including the ongoing transition to a global banking partner and integration with the Finance System
  • Assist the Financial Control and FP&A teams with balance sheet forecasting and the reconciliation of treasury related activities
  • Ownership of Treasury audits for all Global operating and funding entities
  • Monthly reporting for the CFO, CEO, and the Board, as well as to external lenders
  • Manage key internal stakeholder relationships with R&D, Product, and Sales/Account Management
  • Identify process enhancements to help improve efficiency and innovation within the Treasury function as well as within Finance and the wider Company

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 8+ years of Treasury experience including debt facility establishment and management
  • Securitisation/Trust management is very highly regarded
  • Experience in the payments industry, preferably within private equity-backed companies, is a plus
  • Hands on Audit management/experience is a must
  • Experience with Finance and Loan Management systems (NetSuite and Moody’s Ki is highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated data analytics’ tools proficiency (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to various stakeholders.
