We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance within the Energy industry, based in Houston, Texas.
This role will focus specifically in the Corporate Finance side of the company’s treasury functions that will include but not be limited to overseeing all capital markets activities, debt related transactions for the corporation, lead debt compliance activities and financial modeling efforts related to corporate finance.
This role will be supervise two experienced Analysts and direct their future growth and development.
As the Director of Treasury will closely work with Sr Leadership to include the CFO and other Executives as well as a representative of the organization with external parties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance & Treasury and ideally have held the role of Assistant Treasurer and or Director of Treasury.
Additionally, specific industry experience is required, ideally out of the energy industry.
An MBA or CTP is highly preferred.

Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Capital Markets
Experience in Debt Financing and Debt Compliance
Strong skills in Financial Modeling and Developing Financial Models
Knowledge and understanding of Credit Rating procedures
Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis
Experience in Covenant Compliance
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or related field
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets for financial analysis.
Strong strategic planning and financial planning skills.
