A global medical device manufacturing company is partnering with Insight Global and seeking a hands-on Director of Technical Service. As a key leader, they will act as the right-hand person for application and customer development for JD Edwards to ultimately optimize processes, and elevate customer experience. Their responsibilities include:
Acting as the right-hand partner to senior management, shaping the application and customer development strategy for JD Edwards.
Managing and collaborating with a team of seven, ensuring efficient resource allocation and performance
Providing equal leadership and technical expertise
Working closely with MSD partners, handling services, troubleshooting, and budget management.
Proactively planning for future functionality upgrades and integrations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree
5+ years of technical team management experieince
10-15 years of experience in the Technology Industry
Exposure to JDE systems
Experience working with MSD partners on budgeting, troubleshooting and service enhancements.
Experieince augmenting MSPs
Plusses:
Understanding of EDI processes.
Experience working with JD Edwards
