Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Director of Technical Services at Eastern Technologies, Inc. The Director of Technical Services will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical support operations, leading a team of technical support professionals, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing budgets and project management. This is a hybrid role, based in Morgantown, PA, with flexibility for some remote work.
