Position Overview

Accounting, a subsidiary of Wealth Advisors, is expanding its tax-planning services and seeks a licensed CPA to spearhead and elevate this pivotal practice. As Director of Tax, you will integrate proactive tax strategies seamlessly into our clients' financial plans, ensuring holistic and personalized wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tax advisory strategies, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.

Collaborate with financial planning clients to optimize their tax planning within their overall financial strategy.

Lead the establishment and growth of our accounting services, overseeing team development and ensuring quality deliverables across the firm.

Fulfill CFO duties for Holdings, providing strategic financial leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.

Active CPA license required; additional credentials preferred.

Minimum 3 Years Of Progressive Public Accounting Experience.

Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Compensation And Benefits

Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
