We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent to drive our recruiting efforts and help scale our teams during an exciting stage of growth. This role will have a high degree of impact, requiring a mix of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract & hire top talent.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, managing the interview process, extending offers, etc.
Partner closely with the business to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice.
Lead and grow a high-performing Talent Acquisition function, that helps the company reach its business goals.
Support a positive candidate experience. Enhance our employer brand through storytelling and the creation of curated recruiting assets.
Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
Evaluate and implement new recruiting technologies.
Ensure all practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Monitor key metrics and analyze reporting data to improve quality and efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Demonstrated success in building and implementing an effective full-cycle Talent Acquisition plan (from sourcing to closing)
10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting trends and gauging efficacy of recruiting strategy.
Ability to navigate dynamic environments, manage multiple projects, and switch between tactical operations and strategic thinking.
Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, trends, technologies, and compliance.
Experience building and scaling teams and processes, while simultaneously managing daily operations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter, who approaches challenges with excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
Several years of experience in a SaaS/ technology company; with an ability to understand and support all functional business areas.
Ability to work across multiple time zones, as applicable.
