ViaSun is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Support Services to oversee the operations, growth, and execution activities within our Support Services divison. As Director of Support Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role will actively participate in strategic planning and collaborate closely with other leaders to align support service plans with overall organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team
- Establish goals, metrics, and processes to monitor progress towards strategic objectives
- Evaluate and guide performance to meet revenue and organizational goals
- Act as a key interface within the marketplace and participate in business development activities
- Integrates and coordinates BD, Pre-Con and Operations activities as a shared responsibility across the organization
- Proactively manage risks and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Oversee project performance to meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements
- Monitor financial success and implement profit enhancement strategies
- Review and negotiate contracts and address issues as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or equivalent experience of 15 years
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Viewpoint, HeavyJob, HeavyBid, and MS Office programs
