Brighton Hospice is a rapidly growing industry leader. We are looking to add positive, compassionate, and knowledgeable individuals to our growing team. The goal of hospice care is to improve the quality of a patient’s last months by offering comfort, dignity, and care wherever the patient resides.
As the Director of Support Services, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Director of Clinical Services, Chaplains, Social Workers, Bereavement Counselors, and Volunteer Coordinators to contribute to that mission. These passionate team members will depend on you to lead them according to Brighton's Best Practices, in alignment with all federal, state, and local agency laws and regulations, and to be a reliable go-to problem solver.
On an average day, you will

Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team to support interdisciplinary assessment, development, communication, and implementation
Proactively Interview, hire, and onboard compassionate and skilled clinical team members to ensure staffing levels are sufficient to meet patient needs
