ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Supply Chain Team orchestrates delivery of products purchased on Tribute’s eCommerce platform.

Director, Supply Chain is responsible for delivering across all products 1) best-in-class post-purchase experience, 2) strong unit economics, and 3) strong partner relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define & maintain vision for an excellent post-purchase experience across existing and future product types, eCommerce customers, B2B website customers, and fulfillment partners
• Understand and drive optimization of eCommerce economics in our marketplace environment
• Identify and prioritize improvements across post-purchase experience including: customer experience (both eCommerce & B2B), and fulfillment partners
• Lead analysis on fulfillment topics and make data-based recommendations on best path forward
• Support pilots for new products or partners alongside eCommerce team and drive scaling successful pilots in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
• Partner with Product & Engineering team to identify and prioritize improvements across our B2B software, marketplace, and fulfillment backend in support of above responsibilities
• Work cross-functionally with customer facing teams (e.g., Sales, Onboarding, Success, and Support) to understand customer issues with fulfillment and also support customer training
• Set and execute against fulfillment performance targets, driving both direct P&L value and indirect reputational value across customers and partners
• Own and build strong relationships across fulfillment partners in our eCommerce marketplace
• Lead and manage fulfillment organization to deliver the above priorities. Organization is a mix of managers (and their teams) and individual contributors. Organization exists in both North American and Manila time zones
  
  
  

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
• Experience with eCommerce fulfillment operations
• 10+ years management experience in a performance-focused environment
