The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for efficiently strategizing, forecasting and analyzing inventory and customer demand to optimize sales and fulfillment alignment, ensuring top-notch quality and operational efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Director of Supply ChainResponsibilities:
Responsible for all Supply Chain Operations, including, Planning, Procurement and Customer Service
Develop and implement supply strategy to enable business to meet objectives on revenue growth, margin expansion and net working capital
Responsible for relationships with key suppliers and business partners, managing day to day activities, as well as lead strategic initiatives around contracts and pricing
Define and oversee operations KPIs and scorecards
Utilize data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends
Responsible for overseeing the S&OP process to deliver best in class customer service while minimizing inventory requirements
Partner with other functions on new product development and existing product maintenance
Oversee and guide your team's daily tasks to ensure productivity and seamless alignment with team and company objectives
Develop and publish guides for operations processes and procedures
Director of Supply Chain Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or supply chain or related field
10+ years proven experience in supply chain, customer success, demand planning
Strong knowledge of ERP systems
Excellent organizational, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
CPG experience is preferred
