Our partner, a global consumer goods manufacturing company, is immediately seeking a Director of Supply Chain, Customer Service. The Director of Supply Chain, Customer Service will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally across inventory, logistics and customer service to optimize sales and fulfillment alignment, ensuring top-notch quality and operational efficiency throughout the supply chain for the organization's customer base.

Director of Supply Chain, Customer Service Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory, logistics, customer service to fulfill customer orders
Develop and implement SOPs to standardize the order fulfillment, on time delivery and product quality for customers across all subsections
Define and update KPIs and metrics for order fulfillment, on time delivery and product quality
Collaborate with SAP S4Hana Implementation team on the best ways to utilize the software with customer service
Director of Supply Chain, Customer Service Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or supply chain or related field
8+ years of supply chain, customer service focused work including inventory, logistics and customer success
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SAP S4 Hana specifically
Excellent organizational, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
CPG experience is preferred
